MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

This Marketing Communications Consent Form covers the consent provided by me pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, related regulations, and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), in relation to marketing communications from Asistone Yazılım ve Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Asistone").

By reading and accepting this form:

  1. Use of Contact Information

I explicitly consent to Asistone sending me information, promotions, campaigns, announcements, and updates regarding its products and services via:

  • Email address
  • Phone number
  1. Communication Channels

Commercial electronic messages may be sent through the following channels:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • WhatsApp or similar electronic communication tools
  1. Data Processing and Sharing

Personal data processed for the purpose of sending commercial electronic messages may be shared:

  • Solely for the purpose of sending messages
  • In a limited and proportionate manner
  • With necessary technical service providers

My personal data will not be used for advertising, profiling, or third-party marketing activities beyond this scope.

  1. Withdrawal of Consent

I acknowledge that I can withdraw my consent to receive commercial electronic messages at any time and free of charge by:

  • Using the opt-out methods provided in each commercial electronic message
  • Or by sending an email to bilgi@asistone.ai

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of communications sent prior to the date of withdrawal.

  1. Message Management System (IYS)

I acknowledge that the marketing communications consent provided by me may be registered with the Message Management System (IYS) as required by applicable regulations.

  1. E-Commerce Notifications

When using Asistone's e-commerce integration features (such as Shopify), notifications may be sent in two categories:

Transactional Notifications (No Marketing Consent Required):

These are operational messages necessary for order fulfillment:

  • Order confirmation and details
  • Payment confirmation
  • Shipping and delivery tracking information
  • Return/exchange status updates

Marketing Notifications (Covered by This Consent):

By accepting this consent, I agree to receive:

  • Abandoned cart reminders – notifications about incomplete purchases
  • Product restock alerts – notifications when previously viewed items are back in stock
  • Personalized product recommendations – suggestions based on my browsing and purchase history
  • Order history-based campaigns – promotional offers related to past purchases

Abandoned Cart Recovery Settings:

I understand and consent to the following:

  • [ ] I wish to receive reminder messages for incomplete purchases
  • [ ] These messages may be sent via WhatsApp, email, or SMS
  • [ ] A maximum of 3 reminder messages will be sent per abandoned cart
  • [ ] The first reminder will be sent approximately 1 hour after cart abandonment
  • [ ] I can withdraw this consent at any time using the methods described in Section 4

Note: Abandoned cart recovery features are only activated when enabled by the store owner and when customer consent has been obtained.

  1. Final Provision

I declare that I have read and understood this Marketing Communications Consent Form and that I freely and explicitly consent to the matters set forth above.
