The invoice comes from the order, the e-document goes out on its own
- Sales and purchase invoices: product search by barcode, different VAT rates, discounts, collections and payments on the same form.
- e-Fatura and e-Arşiv invoices go out through e-document integration; you can cancel, resend and view the document.
- For marketplace orders, the e-Arşiv invoice is issued automatically, as many days after handover to the carrier as you choose.
- Accept or reject incoming e-invoices; match their line items to your stock cards and turn them into purchase invoices. Asistone remembers your matches for each supplier.
- You see your e-document credit balance on your dashboard.
