Request method: send the form to [info@asistone.ai](mailto:info@asistone.ai) from your email address previously provided to and recorded by Asistone, or send a signed written request to the company address above. If you do not have an account or a recorded email address, ask [info@asistone.ai](mailto:info@asistone.ai) for the appropriate method and identity verification. Do not attach passwords or a full identity-document copy to that initial inquiry.

If your data is processed in an Asistone customer organization's ERP or CRM records on that organization's behalf (for example the details of an order, invoice, or shipment you placed with a business, or your conversations with that business on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, or Messenger), that organization is the controller; submit your request to it first. Asistone helps fulfil the request on the organization's instructions. We will assess the request, identity/authority verification, and applicable legal conditions before responding.

Requests properly submitted under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law are answered as soon as the nature of the request allows and within 30 days at the latest. Accepted erasure or destruction requests are fulfilled within the procedures and deadlines required by applicable law; responding to a request does not itself establish that destruction across all systems has been completed.
